ISNTREE Plus Hyaluronic Acid Toner is a moisturizing toner that provides deep hydration and helps next skin care products absorb better into the skin. How to use
After cleansing, apply to a cotton pad and gently wipe onto skin. Alternatively, you can dispense the toner onto your hands and pat into the skin.
TIP: For extremely dry skin, soak cotton balls in the toner and place them on your cheeks, forehead, or areas where you feel dryness.
